This legislation creates the Senate Unified Courts Technology Study Committee, which will have seven members: four appointed by the President of the Senate, two appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Chair is the the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ironically there are no county representatives, despite the fact that all court technology is financed by local government.
